I have worked for over twenty years with another colleague illustrator and SCBWI member Esther Pérez-Cuadrado, under the name ARTIMAGOS in the editorial market, mostly on textbooks and other educative materials. Book design and illustration are our main fields and we have been published by Spanish Publishing Companies (Santillana, SM, Edelvives, Everest, Anaya, Bruño) and some international (Oxford UP, Cambridge UP, Pearson, MacMillan, Usborne). As a reader, I love science-fiction, contemporary fiction, non-fiction, YA, thrillers, and, of course, picture books. Right now I am teaching Digital Art and I love it!As Spain RA I understood some specific work should be done to create and offer resources in Spanish for our international members and that is what I am trying to accomplish as Spanish Language Coordinator.@milaytete
