She has over 25 years' editorial experience, and founded Blue Elephant Storyshaping, a coaching and mentoring service for children’s book creators. She is also Editorial Director at Five Quills. The longtime Regional Advisor of the British Isles region and SCBWI Advisory Council member, in 2018 Natascha was awarded an MBE for her services to children's authors and illustrators and recognized as the SCBWI Stephen Mooser Member of the Year.
